There are so many uses for essential oils! How do they work?
Essential oils are to plants what blood is to humans. Extracted through careful steam distillation, resin tapping, and cold pressing, the purest essential oils are far more powerful than the plants they come from. Essential oil molecules are so minute that when they are applied to the skin; they are able to pass through the skin, into the capillaries and into the bloodstream. Oils are also easily absorbed through cuts, scraps and abrasions, burns, eczema etc. Essential oils and essential oil-infused products can provide the targeted solutions you need to restore balance to your body systems and feel your best.
If you are not ready to order your kit, and just want to see what these oils are all about, try one of these roller bottle recipes.
I never leave home without my oils! I start my day by rubbing the immunity roller on my neck and wrists and on either side of my spine. This roller bottle then goes right back into my purse. Every member of my family has his own immunity roller too. My oldest son, who is away at college uses his immunity roller regularly to ward off cold and general sniffles. He rubs his congestion relief roller bottle over his sinuses and across his forehead whenever he feels congested. All of us use our focus roller bottles (not pictured) when we need to study or concentrate, and it is a great idea to have the stress relief roller handy, because, well, you just never know when stress is going to get to ya!
Because my whole family is involved in physical exercise of some sort on a regular basis, all of us use our muscle ache roller bottles pretty regularly as well. At the first sign of a headache, the headache relief roller is used on the back of my neck and on my temples. The tummy ache roller is put to work anytime any of us feels nauseous, bloated or has indigestion. At night, the sleep tight rollers are rubbed on the bottom or our feet, and we’re out! My whole family reaches for oils whenever something bothers us. In each of our bedrooms, a diffuser hums quietly while we sleep.
We no longer use prescription Singulair or Flonase. Some Thieves oil over the throat or in a cup of tea helps to relieve a sore throat so quickly! We just don’t get those yucky symptoms since we started using oils! Give them a try and see for yourself You’ve got nothing to lose! Essential oils support our body systems!
Call to order yours! I have the following recipes and can make a special one just for you depending on what’s bothering you. Sore throat, ear ache, hormone balancer, cholesterol, you name it!
Each of the roller bottle contains the Young Living essential oils listed below and grapeseed oil as a “carrier oil” to ensure that essential oils applied topically are comfortable to the skin. Dilution with a carrier oil does not dilute the effect of the essential oil. In fact, it prevents waste due to excessive application. Give your roller bottle a shake before each application.
