Group Workouts forming now!
Group exercise is perfect for getting fit this fall!
Motivating yourself to work out several times a week is not easy! You can increase that motivation by joining a group exercise program. Classes are forming now. Join us for high intensity interval training in a fun, comfortable and friendly atmosphere. Each workout is different from the one before, so you won't get bored! You'll get the support and motivation from me, your instructor, and the other participants in the class. You will be challenged to push your limits and work hard. Classes include warm-up, cardio, upper body, lower body and core exercises followed by post-workout stretching.
You are also more likely to stick to your exercise routine and achieve your goals if you work out in a group environment. Participating in a group exercise class challenges you to work out beyond your perceived limitations too.
